Bad news.
Unfortunately, my computer died. With it all my references, drafts, notes and library which hopefully can still be recovered. I will need to assemble an entirely new system to replace it. Therefore it is with regret that I will have to take a short break until everything is ready. I expect for it to take no more than a week.
